SECURITY ALERT:
La Habra Missing Person Alert; Details at: http://www.ocregister.com/news/kirk-264460-argument-police.html
On April 19th or 20th, a vehicle was burglarized on Marlei Road. The homeowner's vehicle was parked in the driveway and the passenger window was broken-out. Personal belongings were taken. Another vehicle burglary took place on Carol Street a few weeks ago. These events are rare in La Habra Crest, but they can obviously occur. Remember to never leave personal items in plain sight within a parked vehicle, and if at all possible, keep vehicles in your garage at night. If you must leave vehicles in the driveway, install motion-detector floods, directed at the vehicle.
