La Habra Crest Board of Directors Located here, you will find information regarding recent board actions, and both short and long-term board planning.  Check "Events" for next regularly scheduled board meeting. Your 2009-10 Officers and Board Members are: Daren Nigsarian, President Tom Sarnecki, Treasurer Mary Gaede, Secretary Cheryl Delamater, Board Member Mark Sturdevant, Board Member Jeanne Moffitt, Board Member John Faulkner, Board Member   All members of the board serve as volunteers, at no cost to the association.  The La Habra Crest Association has elected not to hire a management service, and so mananges the common properties and interests of the association solely.  As always, the Board encourages any homeowner with an interest in serving on the Board of Directors to contact an incumbent.  In the absence of a contested opening, new appointments are made each year, depending upon vacancies, at the Annual Meeting.  A nomination is required, followed by a formal vote of the entire membership should a seat be contested.
